Yongdu-san Park

I spent part of my day today exploring Yongdu-san Park (Yongdu-san means "Dragon's Head Mountain"), a hilltop park in the middle of downtown Busan. By far the most interesting aspect of the park to me was watching the many groups of old men playing Baduk (바둑, aka Go) for hours on end. It really made me wish that I knew how to play.

Hi,
I liked a lot your pictures of people playing Baduk in the park in Busan - I have a blog and website about Go: http://www.361points.com/blog/

Thanks a lot for posting them!
(You should learn Baduk, it's really easy to learn to start with, and fascinating afterwards.)

Enjoy your stay in Korea!

GO! i used to play.. you should learn it and then plop down on one of those benches and yuck it up with one of those old korean men... throw some of your korean phrasebook sentences at them, and then challenge them to a breath-holding contest.
